JOB OVERVIEW

SPIROL is in search of a Manufacturing / Process Engineer to enhance our engineering team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in refining, optimizing, and advancing manufacturing workflows to boost efficiency, quality, and safety standards. If you possess substantial experience in a Manufacturing/Process Engineering capacity and are proficient in AutoCAD and 3D CAD modeling, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess and propose enhancements to current manufacturing workflows
  • Track performance indicators and devise strategies to achieve objectives
  • Offer technical assistance to address process-related challenges
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate root cause investigations
  • Support New Product Introduction initiatives by providing manufacturing insights
  • Develop CNC programming for various machine tools
  • Execute improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles
