JOB OVERVIEW
SPIROL is on the lookout for a skilled Manufacturing / Process Engineer to enhance our engineering team. The successful candidate will focus on developing, refining, and advancing manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, quality, and safety standards. If you possess substantial experience in a Manufacturing/Process Engineering capacity and are proficient in AutoCAD and 3D CAD modeling, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess and propose enhancements to current manufacturing processes
- Track performance indicators and devise strategies to achieve objectives
- Offer technical assistance to address process-related challenges
- Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate root cause analysis
- Support New Product Introduction initiatives by providing manufacturing insights
- Develop CNC programs for various machine tools
- Execute improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Capable of making sound decisions
