**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer enquiries, including providing quotes, placing sales orders, and offering technical advice on piping components, equipment, and services.
* Identify sales opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell products and services.
* Coordinate sales orders to ensure timely completion.
* Contribute to work-pack creation and project monitoring.

**Requirements:**

* Working knowledge of standard office software applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Experience within the oil and gas/energy industry is preferred.
