Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Room Assistant to join our team at Estée Lauder. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective control and receipt of all saleable and non-saleable inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring inventory movements.
  • Ensure that stock is readily available at all times to meet customer needs, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless inventory management and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Implement and maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in stock management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Approachable and friendly personality, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work across various days and hours, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
