Position Overview:

GAP Lifting Hire & Sales provides an extensive selection of lifting apparatus and accessories. Our offerings range from small shackles and slings to comprehensive material lifts and aluminum gantries, ensuring we meet all lifting requirements for our clientele.

As a Technical Account Manager, your primary focus will be on cultivating and enhancing the technical lifting revenue, which encompasses hire, sales, inspection, service repair, and installation. You will manage relationships with existing GAP clients while also seeking to onboard new customers.

Collaboration with GAP depots will be essential to guarantee confidence in our lifting product range, allowing us to deliver optimal solutions to Water Authorities and other key partners.

Note: This role will cover our Southern region, and we are open to flexible locations for the right candidate.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the lifting sector is a must.
  • Familiarity with water authorities is a significant advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations within the lifting industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear and concise reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license is essential.
