About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Apprenticeship Sales to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for leading our Apprenticeship Sales Team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to promote and sell apprenticeship programs to schools, early years settings, and businesses nationwide.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Measure and analyze ROI on all marketing and partnerships activity to produce reports and support data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain the company culture and values of Teaching Personnel.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of individual high performance within a sales function, and in the management of a high-performing team.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office.
  • Experience of working within the apprenticeship training sector with the ability to overcome problems with fast and effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the FE and training sector, and in particular the apprenticeship model.
