The NHS Partnership Liaison Officer plays a pivotal role in fostering and enhancing connections with local opticians to expand our referral network. You will serve as a vital representative for CHEC within your designated area. We seek enthusiastic candidates with prior experience in key account management or sales. This position involves fieldwork, engaging with local partners, and collaborating closely with the local CHEC hospital(s) to maximize internal relationships and capitalize on opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategically organize your weekly schedule using your calendar, making calls, and conducting face-to-face meetings to strengthen relationships with local opticians.
- Act as the primary contact for both current and potential referrers, tasked with expanding your referral network through the development of robust customer relationships.
- Enhance brand visibility, drive business growth, and promote CHEC to both new and existing referrers.
- Advocate for our services, hospital locations, patient advantages, referral processes, and new initiatives within the organization.
- Support and help coordinate our optometrist events.
- Establish strong working relationships with key decision-makers to elevate awareness of CHEC and increase our market presence in your assigned region.
