About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IM&T Change Officer to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As an IM&T Change Officer, you will play a key role in the configuration of our electronic patient records system, SystmOne, and provide training and support to staff across the Trust.
Main Responsibilities
- Configure SystmOne in response to identified needs and directorate work streams.
- Design and deliver training materials to support staff in the use of SystmOne.
- Provide application support to staff across the Trust, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use SystmOne effectively.
- Work with the IM&T team to review new system functionality and technology, providing advice and proposing changes as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the IM&T team and other departments, ensuring that configuration changes or developments are communicated effectively.

You will be part of a dynamic team that works across all Trust directorates, including Community Health Services, Adult Mental Health, and Learning Disabilities.
