The Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Clinical Preceptorship Coordinator. This pivotal role is designed to advance NHFT's Preceptorship initiatives, ensuring they align with the National Preceptorship Framework standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Preceptorship Coordinator will oversee a comprehensive 12-month program aimed at supporting Registered Healthcare Professionals (Preceptees) as they transition into their new roles. The successful candidate will:
- Facilitate the design and implementation of the Preceptorship program to meet the evolving needs of Preceptees.
- Engage in continuous feedback and improvement processes to enhance the quality of the program.
- Demonstrate leadership values that resonate with NHFT's commitment to Respect, Integrity, Compassionate Leadership, and Well-Being.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Professional Nursing or Allied Health Professional qualification with active registration.
- Education at the master's degree level or equivalent experience relevant to the Preceptorship Coordinator position.
- Proven experience in training and educational delivery.
