Main Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate clinic schedules, ensuring efficient time management and effective communication with consultants and administrative staff.
- Manage patient information systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare case note folders and complete necessary documentation for new patients.
- Ensure patients' notes are correctly completed with relevant details.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring prompt and secure storage of correspondence and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including photocopying, filing, and other office routines.
- Liaise with other Trust departments, GPs, and healthcare agencies as required.
