As an Independent Recovery Agent, you will play a crucial role in our operations, working in the field to recover outstanding debts on behalf of various clients, including businesses and individuals, through ethical compliance with court orders.


Requirements and Experience:
To be successful in this self-employed position, candidates should possess:

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience in commission-based roles or customer-facing positions
Previous experience in debt recovery or collections is advantageous but not mandatory:

  • Experience in field sales
  • Prior involvement in a similar recovery or enforcement capacity
We welcome candidates without prior experience as an Independent Recovery Agent, as comprehensive training will be provided to obtain certification as a licensed Recovery Agent.

Our training program includes extensive City & Guilds accredited courses and ongoing support, featuring practical mentoring in the field.
