About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Introduction Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a Product Introduction Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth introduction of our products to customers, providing technical expertise and support to ensure their availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out troubleshooting and investigation of product issues during the product introduction phase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability and performance
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise to provide effective support
  • Contribute to the development of product introduction processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with the warranty support team to ensure seamless product support
  • Support the implementation of field modifications and repairs
  • Conduct technical investigations and provide recommendations for product enhancements
  • Lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve product-related issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective product support

Requirements

  • Certified Technician or Undergraduate in a technical field (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
  • Technical troubleshooting and investigation experience (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
  • EHS knowledge and exposure
  • Product knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
