Job Title: Mobile Application Trainer

At IDPP, we are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Trainer to support the rollout of a new digital software across the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for senior rollout team members and customers during the implementation process.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure staff proficiency in the new software.
  • Collaborate with the IT Team and Implementation Managers to resolve technical issues and ensure a smooth rollout.
  • Travel to various sites across the South West to provide on-site support and training.
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training staff on software usage and implementation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mobile applications and software.
  • Excellent time management and flexibility to travel as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Visio, etc.).
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Able to pass a DBS check.

About the Role:

This is a contract role with a project duration expected to be up to 12 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software implementation and training, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
