Location: Remote with extensive travel

Job Description:

As a Mobile Application Trainer - Digital Software Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the rollout of a new digital software across the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for senior rollout team members and customers during the software implementation process.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure new and existing staff are proficient in using the digital software.
  • Collaborate with the IT Team and Implementation Managers to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless software implementation.
  • Travel to various sites across the South West region to provide on-site support and training.
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software developments and best practices to ensure effective training and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and coaching staff on software usage.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of mobile applications and software.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Visio, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve technical issues.
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to pass a DBS check.
