We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Club Manager to join our team at Village Hotels - Leeds North. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving sales growth in our state-of-the-art Leisure Clubs.

About the Role

As a Leisure Club Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of member experience, ensuring our Leisure Clubs operate efficiently, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance member engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of leisure staff to deliver exceptional member experiences
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain high standards of member experience through regular floor walks and customer interactions
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of leisure services
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
