Key Responsibilities:
  • Club Operations: Assist in the overall management of the Padel Club, ensuring efficient operations and a safe environment for members.
  • Membership Sales and Retention: Support the General Manager in driving membership sales and retention through excellent customer service and engagement initiatives.
  • Events and Coaching: Coordinate and manage events, tournaments, and coaching sessions, ensuring they are well-organised and successful.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members.
  • Member Support: Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train club staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
  • Marketing: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the club and attract new members.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on club performance, providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in a team leader, supervisory or management role.
  • Ideal Experience: Ideal experience in LTA.
  • Passion: Must have a passion for Padel, Racket Sports and all things health and fitness.
  • Availability: Full availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Skills: Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving: Proficient in problem solving and able to work proactively within a team environment to meet established corporate goals and sales objectives.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate team.
