Padel Coach Opportunity

Slazanger Padel Club is a sports facility dedicated to providing high-quality padel coaching and an excellent experience for players of all levels. We are passionate about growing the sport of padel and are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Padel Coach to deliver top-notch coaching to players of varying abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs, focusing on technical, tactical, and physical skills.
  • Assess players' skills and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Design training programs to enhance players' overall performance and enjoyment of the game.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training sessions, ensuring all players feel valued and supported.
  • Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities to represent the club and promote the sport.
  • Assist with the development of junior players, helping them to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel, staying ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during sessions, adhering to the club's safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service and a positive experience for all players.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Padel Coach, with relevant coaching qualifications and a strong understanding of the game.
  • Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules, with the ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skill levels.
  • Passionate about padel and committed to player development, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate players' schedules.
