Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our team at Plymouth Dental Centre of Excellence. As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk in the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.
- Process patient payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
Requirements
- Previous front-of-house experience in a dental or healthcare setting (ideally).
- A positive attitude, empathetic, and well-organized.
- The ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Highly motivated to provide a warm and welcoming environment.
- Possess exceptional standards of care and a passion for building great relationships with patients and colleagues.
