Main Responsibilities- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Engage effectively with all processes required to support the provision of clinical care, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.
- Ensure all activities are undertaken in compliance with Equality and Diversity regulations, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Support the provision of primary care dentistry on our undergraduate student clinics, providing a positive and supportive learning environment.
Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise CIC is an award-winning social enterprise and community interest company, dedicated to providing NHS treatment and outreach services to local communities in Devon and Cornwall. We work closely with the University of Plymouth's Peninsula Dental School to support the clinical education of dental healthcare students.
Requirements- Dental Nurse registration with the General Dental Council.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy, including competence with Microsoft Office and R4.
