Dental Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team at Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise CIC. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our dental practitioners in delivering exceptional services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Engage effectively with all processes required to support the provision of clinical care, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.
- Ensure all activities are undertaken in compliance with Equality and Diversity regulations, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Support the provision of primary care dentistry on our undergraduate student clinics, working closely with our general dental practitioners to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise CIC is an award-winning social enterprise and community interest company, dedicated to providing NHS treatment and outreach services to local communities in Devon and Cornwall. We work closely with the University of Plymouth's Peninsula Dental School to support the clinical education of dental healthcare students. As a values-driven organization, we prioritize patient-centered care and addressing local oral health needs.
Requirements- Dental Nurse registration with the General Dental Council.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy, including competence with Microsoft Office and R4.
