Position Overview:

Provide comprehensive support to individuals from their initial engagement with the service throughout their recovery process. Implement psychosocial strategies as part of the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service within correctional facilities. Collaborate with various healthcare professionals as part of a holistic Health and Wellbeing framework. Represent the interests of service users who may be hesitant or unable to participate in treatment. Be a collaborative team member with strong interpersonal abilities, capable of working alongside a diverse range of professionals, agencies, and stakeholders. Ability to effectively manage transitions while prioritizing the needs of service users. Recognize the significance of information governance and commit to adhering to all necessary protocols. Actively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance and expand your knowledge and skills, while also contributing to the growth and learning of others.

Participation in a contributory pension scheme. A diverse range of benefits, including discounts for shopping, entertainment, travel, and more. A welcoming and supportive team environment. Opportunities for training, career advancement, and professional growth. Refer a friend program with rewards for successful referrals.
