About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Clinical Practice: Take charge of clinical operations and ensure that our care home meets the highest standards of patient care.
  • Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to our care team, helping them to develop their skills and confidence in delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Regularly assess and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Qualification: Hold a valid NMC registration and have a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
  • Leadership Experience: Have experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and leading by example.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our care team, residents, and families.
