About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Scrub Nurse to join our team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgeons and anaesthetists during operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during operations, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment
  • Prepare and maintain operating theatre equipment and supplies
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns to the surgical team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in theatre team meetings and contribute to the development of theatre policies and procedures

Requirements

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Surgical scrub experience within all specialities
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
