Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is a leading recruitment agency specializing in technical placements. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Access Control Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual with extensive knowledge in access controls to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronic gates and access control security systems, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via email and phone
  • Offer technical advice to external customers and internal staff
  • Maintain and update technical files and drawing files on products
  • Accurately maintain and update internal CRM support ticket database
  • Provide suggestions for improvement of practices within the company

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience using access controls in a similar company or position
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
