About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our People team at END. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and improve our learning resources for onboarding, training, and management development across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to support our great place to work ambition
  • Collaborate with the People team to evolve the management development program for all first-line managers
  • Gain a deep understanding of each functional area to work alongside leaders to design effective training programs
  • Work with project teams to identify, design, and deliver organizational readiness training programs
  • Act as the first point of contact for all training and development requirements and queries, providing advice and guidance to employees to support personal development plans
  • Create a suite of learning options to support employee development using our Learning Management System to support just-in-time training
  • Support a culture of continuous development and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs
  • Keep HRIS up to date with employee training data and provide regular reports on training completion
