We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning and Development Advisor to join our dynamic People team. This role is crucial in shaping the growth and development of our employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that align with our company objectives and support employee development across all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners to enhance the management development program for first-line managers, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each functional area within the organization to effectively design tailored training programs in collaboration with leaders.
  • Partner with project teams to develop and deliver impactful organizational readiness training programs, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of new initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all training and development inquiries, providing expert guidance and support to employees in their personal development journeys.
  • Leverage our Learning Management System (LMS) to create a diverse range of learning resources, including just-in-time training materials, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize their impact.
  • Maintain accurate employee training records within the HRIS system and generate regular reports on training completion rates.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external training providers, ensuring access to high-quality learning solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to apply the full learning cycle to deliver impactful interventions that drive employee growth and development.
  • Experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs aligned with organizational objectives and strategies, including organizational readiness initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of progression frameworks, competency matrices, and training roadmaps.
  • Expertise in creating diverse learning materials using various mediums to cater to different learning styles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
