Early Years Teaching Assistant Job Description

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification, demonstrating your knowledge and competence in supporting early years education
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education, coupled with a strong interest in the development and well-being of young children
  • Effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Patient and empathetic approach to understanding and responding to the needs of young children
  • Creativity and flexibility to adapt to different situations and create engaging learning activities
