Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training programs to support our great place to work ambition
- Collaborate with the People team to evolve the management development program for first-line managers
- Gain a working knowledge of each functional area to design effective training programs
- Work with project teams to identify, design, and deliver organizational readiness training programs
- Act as the first point of contact for all training and development requirements and queries
