About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandise Coordinator to join our team at Lands' End Europe Ltd. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales results through optimal site merchandising and customer experience enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital merchandising strategies to drive customer engagement, increase conversion, and optimize search relevancy across all device types.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including 3rd party digital agencies, merchants, creative teams, IT, and marketing teams.
  • Plan and develop seasonal strategies, promotional events, site enhancements, and product launches to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide analysis of key product categories' performance and merchandising strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Serve as a resource for digital enhancement roadmaps and process consistency, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize site sales potential, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and optimize search performance for business categories to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop improvements that drive efficiencies in the digital merchandising process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or e-commerce team.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial experience.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
  • Proactive, self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Solid communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
