About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandise Coordinator to join our team at Lands' End Europe Ltd. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and executing business strategy to optimize digital experiences across all our European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Senior Manager E-commerce Europe to develop and implement business strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Implement digital merchandising strategies to drive product findability, cross-merchandising, conversion, and sales across all digital touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including 3rd party digital agencies, merchants, creative teams, IT, and marketing teams.
  • Plan and develop seasonal strategies, promotional events, site enhancements, and product launches to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Provide analysis of key product categories' performance and merchandising strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Serve as a resource for digital enhancement roadmap and process consistency, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all digital channels.
  • Identify, build, and maintain the customer's digital path to purchase, delivering customer experience enhancements and driving sales growth.
  • Conduct regular audits of digital customer experiences to ensure customer path to purchase is fully optimized.
  • Maintain data integrity for designated business categories and identify process efficiencies to drive business growth.
  • Lead and develop improvements that drive efficiencies in the digital merchandising process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
