About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandise Coordinator to join our team at Lands' End Europe Ltd. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales results through optimal site merchandising and customer experience enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Product Catalogue: Drive customer engagement, increase conversion, and optimize search relevancy on all device types.
  • Build Relationships: Actively build and maintain relationships with key 3rd party digital agency relationships, merchant, creative, IT & marketing teams.
  • Seasonal Strategies: Plan and develop seasonal strategies, promotional events, site enhancements, and product launches.
  • Performance Analysis: Provide analysis of key product categories' performance and merchandising strategies.
  • Customer Experience: Serve as a resource for digital enhancement roadmap & process consistency, identify, build, and maintain the customer's digital path to purchase Lands' End merchandise, delivering customer experience enhancements.
  • Digital Touchpoints: Ensure all digital touchpoints are prioritized, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Audits and Optimization: Conduct regular audits of digital customer experiences, ensuring customer path to purchase (browse and search) is fully optimized to drive product findability, cross-merchandising, conversion, and sales.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity for designated business category and identify process efficiencies.
  • Selling Strategies: Activate on selling strategies by collaborating cross-functionally to maximize site sales potential, site conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Search Performance: Identify, monitor, and optimize search performance for a business category.
  • Process Improvements: Lead and develop improvements that drive efficiencies in the digital merchandising process.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform QA and UAT for site releases and other IT initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2 years minimum of working in a marketing or e-commerce team.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial experience.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to remain graceful under pressure.
  • Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
