Job Title: Senior Dynamic Simulation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamic Simulation Engineer to join our team at Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants. As a key member of our dynamic process simulation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality simulation studies and projects to our clients in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead dynamic simulation projects and deliver high-quality results
  • Work under the mentorship of our dynamic process simulation Subject Matter Expert
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project scope and standards are met
  • Develop and maintain expertise in dynamic process simulation software and tools
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree, honours or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or similar
  • Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Chemical Engineers or equivalent
  • Experience using HYSYS Dynamics and/or Unisim Dynamics as well as PipeNet and/or Wanda or similar liquid surge (water hammer) programs
  • Relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Industry and/or Low Carbon Energy Transition projects
