Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to play a pivotal role in driving the early stages of the sales process within a targeted market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage with potential business clients, guiding them through the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking progress from lead generation to deal closure. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasted revenue, and KPIs to management.
- Analyze market trends, understand customer pain points, and position the SaaS product as a solution.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs and challenges of potential clients, showcasing how the SaaS product can solve their business problems and deliver ROI.
- Lead contract negotiations, working closely with internal teams to finalize terms that meet both the client's needs and the company's objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and software tools, including CRM systems.
- Outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about sales and eager to drive success in a dynamic SaaS environment.
