Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to play a pivotal role in driving the early stages of the sales process within a targeted market segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage with potential business clients, guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking progress from lead generation to deal closure. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasted revenue, and KPIs to management.
  • Analyze market trends, understand customer pain points, and position the SaaS product as a solution.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs and challenges of potential clients, showcasing how the SaaS product can solve their business problems and deliver ROI.
  • Lead contract negotiations, working closely with internal teams to finalize terms that meet both the client's needs and the company's objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and software tools, including CRM systems.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about sales and eager to drive success in a dynamic SaaS environment.
