Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our bid and proposal team, you will be responsible for managing the writing and editorial aspects of our bid documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deadlines, content, and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of bid documents.
  • Edit, refine, and enhance bid content for clarity, grammar, and impact.
  • Work with the Bid team on specific projects to enrich the bid library and develop compelling proposals.
  • Utilize your experience in writing and understanding bid and proposal documentation to drive success.
