Facilities Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team at York Teaching Hospital Facilities Management (LLP). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the building and engineering staff, ensuring the maintenance of all properties and plant, and providing building service provision in line with statutory legislation and guidance.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and supervise building and engineering staff to ensure the smooth operation of facilities management services.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the upkeep of properties and plant.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of facilities management services.
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and guidance related to building services.
- Participate in an Estates On-Call Rota as required.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent level of experience.
- Completed further development (normally 2 post years initial apprenticeship training).
- Specialist expertise in Health service knowledge across a range of technical subjects.
