Facilities Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team at York Teaching Hospital Facilities Management (LLP). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the building and engineering staff, ensuring the maintenance of all properties and plant, and providing building service provision in line with statutory legislation and guidance.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and supervise building and engineering staff to ensure the smooth operation of facilities management services.
- Ensure the maintenance of all properties and plant, including fault finding and operating estates systems.
- Liaise with other departments across the wider Trust to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repairs.
- Participate in an Estates On-Call Rota as required.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent level of experience.
- Completed further development (normally 2 post years initial apprenticeship training).
- Specialist expertise in Health service knowledge across a range of technical subjects, to enable them to carry out statutory required tasks in the areas.
