Job Title: Airfreight Operations Clerk

Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking a skilled Airfreight Operations Clerk to join their team in Hounslow. As an Airfreight Operations Clerk, you will be responsible for managing shipments from door to door during import and export air freight procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage agents and customers directly to ensure smooth shipment processes.
  • Liaise with customers to provide updates on their shipments.
  • Find solutions for highly regulated shipments by air, road, and sea.
  • Make export airline bookings with airlines.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Process customer invoices and creditor invoices in a timely manner.
  • Collect and deliver freight.
  • Assist with packing, documentation, driving, warehousing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Airfreight Operations with a Freight Forwarder.
  • DG accredited is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, and Gmail.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
  • Logistics experience: 2 years (required).
  • DG experience: 1 year (required).
License/Certification:
  • Driver's license (required).
  • IATA Certification (preferred).
Work Location:
  • In person.
Job Type:
  • Full-time.
Pay:
  • £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year.
