We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Proposition Lead to join our Entitlement Services team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our Blue Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new service offerings that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new service offerings through close liaison with the Entitlement Services Account Management Team and our customer community.
- Work with the Blue Team, Account Management, and Service Delivery colleagues to create and deploy new propositions.
- Assist in the architecture of new services and project manage them into a live environment.
- Enhance existing services through bolt-on opportunities.
- Streamline existing processes to maximize gross margin and revenue.
- Support the delivery of Service Manager until projects are in a solid and established live state.
- Explore further service opportunities during and following the implementation of projects.
- Work with pilot customers and the NEC Marketing Team to produce marketing collateral to showcase new services.
- Work with Account Management colleagues to provide sales and proposal collateral to secure further business.
- Take the lead on all Entitlement Services marketing communications, working with the NEC Marketing Team and owning the marketing mid-term plan.
- Head up internal staff communications, requiring creative writing skills.
- Work closely with the Lead Programme Manager and Product Manager to support analytical information and PERFORM requirements.
- Network, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NEC colleagues, third parties, customers, and other organizations.
- Represent Entitlement Services at internal and external events, such as sales meetings, conferences, and seminars.
- Assist in bid and proposal writing in line with the needs of the Entitlement Services business.
- Work with the wider NEC Revenues and Benefits community to shape software and services wraparounds.
- Produce high-quality presentations and deliver them to internal and external audiences.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of local and central government services.
- Strong influencer with solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to read the audience and take a delivery-focused approach in all work.
- Leadership and motivation skills to lead internal project teams, clients, third parties, and other project stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen to make considered decisions based on an understanding of the facts and commercial perspective.
- Financial fluency to develop cost models in line with Entitlement Services' costs of delivery.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies, implementing robust risk mitigation, control, and evaluation processes.
- Tenacity to drive through projects and overcome issues and barriers that may arise.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
