Spa Receptionist (fixed-term)

At Aqua Sana, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional spa experience that combines unique environments, high-quality products, and expert treatments. Each of our spa locations is thoughtfully designed, featuring a variety of experience rooms and a comprehensive selection of facial and body treatments performed by skilled therapists using premium brands.

Aqua Sana welcomes both guests from the Center Parcs community and external visitors seeking a rejuvenating Spa Day, Luxury Spa Break, or specialized treatments.

POSITION: SPA RECEPTIONIST | COMPENSATION: £11.60 per hour

In the role of Spa Receptionist, you will deliver a courteous, efficient, and welcoming service to all guests upon their arrival at the Aqua Sana Reception. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area effectively, handling guest bookings and inquiries, and maximizing treatment and retail sales while ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This position requires a collaborative team player who maintains a professional demeanor while exhibiting a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.

WORKING HOURS

This is a fixed-term position.

You will be scheduled to work 60 hours over a 4-week period, with flexibility in your daily hours and shifts, which will typically range from 8am to 10pm. Due to the nature of our operations, you will be expected to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak seasons on a rotational basis.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role within a customer-focused environment
