Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and clean environment for our guests
  • Engage with guests and exceed their expectations by providing excellent service
  • Maintain the relaxing ambiance of the spa
  • Perform lifeguard duties and maintain high standards of safety and security
  • Contribute to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the spa

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Current IWS/RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (training can be provided)
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a spa environment
  • Pool plant operations experience
  • A First Aid qualification
  • Previous experience as a lifeguard
