About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Assistant to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Spa Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional experience for our guests, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the spa facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Support the lifeguard team in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests.
  • Engage with guests, building relationships and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the spa team, working collaboratively to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or leisure environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
