About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Spa Assistant to join our team at Aqua Sana. As a Spa Assistant, you will play a key role in providing a safe, clean, and luxurious environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests and exceed their expectations by providing excellent service
  • Assist with lifeguard duties and maintain the relaxing ambience of the Spa
  • Sustain excellent standards of the Spa through general maintenance and stringent cleaning procedures

Requirements

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels

About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues. You will work well on your own initiative as well as within a close team environment.
