Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments to our guests, including massages, facials, and other beauty treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Deliver high-quality treatments, adhering to our strict standards and protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new treatments and techniques.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues.

Working Hours

We have various full and part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 9:45am and 8:15pm, including some weekends. For full-time roles, you will only be required to work 2 out of 4 weekends.
