About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Spa Host to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Spa Host, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their requests and queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
• Work closely with the Aqua Sana team to ensure the smooth running of the spa department, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Conduct regular checks of the spa and general areas to ensure they meet the required standards, escalating any issues to the Duty Manager.
• Deliver product seminar demonstrations as required, showcasing our range of treatments and products.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or hospitality industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as part of a rotating shift pattern.
