The Staffing Network Ltd is a prominent labour provider in the UK, collaborating with a leading organization to offer exceptional customer service support.
Position:
Customer Support Administrator
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with start times between 08:00 AM and 09:00 AM, and shifts ending between 05:00 PM and 06:00 PM. Weekend work is required once every three weeks.
Compensation:
£11.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and maintain customer requirements within the designated systems, ensuring timely data entry.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure all transactions align with departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Document customer or internal discrepancies in the relevant system, keeping records updated with the latest information.
- Understand customer orders and process them accordingly.
- Communicate with customers regarding collection dates and times.
- Inform customers about any shortages or discrepancies encountered during order processing.
- Arrange transportation for customers when necessary.
- Handle returns and rejections as required.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers.
- Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT proficiency.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to manage challenging or upset customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in utilizing computer systems and software applications.
