We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Finance Shared Services team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination assistance to support the smooth running of our Newark and Spalding Finance Shared Services offices.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide a single point of contact for administrative issues and/or requests from Finance Shared Services Leadership team
Provide oversight on the progress of reported issues/requests, liaising with third parties and site services where necessary in order to communicate to FSS colleagues
Continual improvement of the services
Liaise with stakeholders to continuously improve the services provided to or on behalf of FSS
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organisation skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
