Salary: Basic £23,000 to £28,000 with guaranteed year one bonus, OTE £45,000 upwards (uncapped)

Stirling Warrington is a prominent manufacturer and distributor in the construction sector, focusing on high-quality building solutions, including moisture control, timber treatment, and waterproofing products.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Consultant. In this capacity, you will be tasked with promoting our premium range of building solutions, establishing and nurturing relationships with specialists in timber and moisture control, and delivering technical assistance to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage in proactive outbound communications to market and sell our building solutions to prospective clients and existing accounts.
  2. Manage and cultivate a portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent development and support.
  3. Maintain the CRM system by accurately documenting customer interactions and updating contact details.
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to devise strategies aimed at expanding our customer base and enhancing sales performance.
Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior sales experience, particularly in outbound sales, is preferred.
