About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Programme Manager to lead the development and execution of an effective marketing programme for homes and electricals at FGH (Freemans Grattan Holdings).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for homes and electricals, aligning with the company's overall marketing strategy.
- Manage and coordinate the marketing calendar, including briefing promotions and product campaigns to the wider marketing team.
- Support the creation of creative briefs and content production, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and primary campaigns.
- Lead weekly product, content, and brand cross-functional meetings to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Manage key campaign moments, including Jan/Feb and July/August campaigns, to drive business growth and market share.
- Lead media partnership efforts for the campaigns team, identifying and leveraging opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Drive home category performance and market share, ensuring marketing plans deliver on homes numbers and contribute to the company's overall success.
- Develop compelling storytelling to make Freemans famous in Home, highlighting the brand's unique value proposition and customer benefits.
- Deliver co-funded marketing activity in Homes & Electricals, ensuring effective budget management and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies, and FCA Conduct Rules, upholding the company's values and reputation.
- Demonstrate behaviors in line with the company's values, prioritizing customer satisfaction and well-being.
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others, adhering to company policies and procedures.
About You
- High level of drive and motivation, with a passion for retail, particularly fashion & home.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy, ensuring timely delivery of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work individually or as part of a team.
- Strong people management skills and experience, with a focus on developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Commercially savvy, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive business growth.
- Able to commute to Bradford city centre, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
