Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in the City of London. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our internal banking staff and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktop and peripheral hardware, application support, network connectivity, and remote connectivity.
  • Support mobile and European users via remote and telephone assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Desk team to deliver excellent customer service and meet SLA targets.
  • Maintain industry-recognized skills through training and self-study methods.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in desktop support, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems, office suite, and TCP/IP.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Microsoft certifications are advantageous.

Technical Skills:

  • Supporting Windows 7, Office 2013, and Xenapp published applications.
  • Deploying desktop hardware, laptops, and Blackberry devices.
