Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Axiom Software Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our desktop and laptop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and laptop issues
  • Manage and maintain Azure AD Hybrid Environment, including access management and device registration
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Office, OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Teams
  • Administer MDM Intune, including device management and policy enforcement
  • Configure and deploy desktop and laptop images using Intune Autopilot
  • Provide support for video conferencing rooms and Logitech Rally Kit Bar
  • Perform desktop and laptop setup and configuration
  • Support Hands & Feet Server/Data Room operations, including patch panel network cabling and physical server support
  • Provide basic knowledge of Service Now user experience, including incident, problem, change, and service request management
Requirements:
  • ITIL process understanding
  • Financial domain support
  • IT Asset and inventory management
  • VIP user support
  • Situation and priority management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Desirable Skills:
  • COTS Apps support skills
  • Certifications: ITIL foundation, MCSE, Azure foundations
  • Apple/MAC devices management
  • SOP based procurement
  • Trade floor support
